This month we are doing a writing unit called "Writing For Readers". The focus is on making writing readable, both for the kindergartners themselves and for others to be able to read their writing. Yesterday the kids made a list of things that make writing easy to read, and today they chose something from the list that would be their goal for today to work on. They did great! I think it was the quietest writer's workshop we've ever had!
This afternoon we had Four Winds! It was all about air, and it was SO fun. There were three experiments and the kids really loved them all. It was so fun to see them all so excited about science. Ask your kids to tell you about the experiments!
