We participated in Peter Reynold's International Dot Day, along with many other classrooms all over the world! We read his book "The Dot" on the Smartboard in the school library and everyone made their own dot on the smartboard with their finger! The kids also created their own mark by making a dot with chalk on black construction paper, and they took pictures of the dots they noticed in the world during their school day! Having kids take the pictures was a first for me, and it was very successful! I am looking forward to doing it again!
